“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Early check in was allowed seamlessly, zero issues. Room was tidied perfectly, and amenities including those in the room & complementary breakfast were great. Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. Definitely didn't make use of the dishwasher, and hardly used the full kitchen setup as a whole however it was a very nice inclusion, very nice shower also. Would definitely stay...

“Sheets and towels were dirty with visible stains. The bathroom was not clean. The room had a musty smell. The room keys kept resetting causing us to have to go to the front desk to fix them several times during our stay.”

“Basically the second room I was put into after the TV had no signal was poorly cleaned, bedside table and phone had not been cleaned from previous guest. Flooring between the two beds had not been cleaned was soiled and sticky. Ventilation and return air vents were heavily dirty with dust and possibly mold. The exhaust fan in bathroom so encrusted in dirt and dust didn't work. TV in second room didn't have a signal either and even after front desk rebooted did not have a signal Water...

“The overall stay was just okay. The establishment itself is very nice, new, clean and welcoming. However, it’s a family friendly resort which in most cases can be problematic for adults who are looking to have a children free stay. During our stay, kids were unattended everywhere. The pool was overcrowded with kids who weren’t being monitored, as well as horse playing (disregarding our personal space…using cups to throw water etc). Needless to say our time out the outdoor pool was short lived....
